Read indexing labels precisely
PubMed, MEDLINE, and PubMed Central are related but not identical. When indexing matters for a CV or application, verify the current NLM Catalog record.
Separate speed metrics
First decision, decision after peer review, acceptance, and online publication are different milestones. A fast desk decision is not the same as fast publication.
